The current situation has given us an opportunity to bring Live interactive classes to your living room using the Zoom platform.

Once you sign up for the class that you want to attend you will be emailed a zoom link with instructions on how to use.


Depending on the class that you have signed up for the email will also explain what else you need to have or do prior to class.

This therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is designed to heal, strengthen, and balance the body as well as focus and challenge the mind. Usually practised in a hot room, this is a 60 minute sequence of the original 90 minute series. For a similar experience in your own home turn a heater on or put on some extra layers.

This is a gentle yin-style class which has longer held poses while focusing on the breath. Most of the poses are seated or lying on your back or stomach. Longer poses help facilitate the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like tendons, ligaments and fascia, thus being relaxing and restorative for the entire body. This class is a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga. Surrender to this more meditative practice and leave with a feeling of lightness and peace.
