From muscular, skeletal, neuropsychological, organs and glands. Kineseoligy can also be a useful tool in emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Kinesiology enhances Remedial massage. Rather than just manipulating muscles, kinesiology gives the ability for the body to use other techniques to move through discomfort, with incredible results.

"Hot"

This therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is designed to heal, strengthen, and balance the body as well as focus and challenge the mind. Usually practiced in a hot room, this is a 60 minute sequence of the original 90 minute series. For a similar experience in your own home turn a heater on or put on some extra layers.​​

The practice is from the Bikram and Ghosh lineage. A traditional Bikram Yoga class (beginners series) consists of 26 precisely-sequenced postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room over 90 minutes. The Ghosh lineage also contains an advanced class of 84 postures. Many Ghosh lineage teachers have continued to develop a bridge class between the beginning 26 postures and the advanced 84 postures, this class is often referred to as Level 2 or Intermediate. There are also shortened variations of the class in 60 or 75 minute modules.

DEEP 

This is a gentle yin-style class which has longer held poses while focusing on the breath. Most of the poses are seated or lying on your back or stomach. Longer poses help facilitate the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like tendons, ligaments and fascia, thus being relaxing and restorative for the entire body. This class is a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga. Surrender to this more meditative practice and leave with a feeling of lightness and peace.

CHILL

This is a guided meditation, to help bring your mind, body and breath all into the same space.

With over 20 years experience as a Remedial Massage therapist combining all of the modalities Mary has learned over the years her massage style is quite unique. Using the principles of Chinese medicine and the flow of energy through the body, so you feel lighter and more energised.

Mary used to specialise in pregnancy massage in her early career, while she doesn't get up at 3am when your baby is coming anymore, she still offers this delightful massage (in business hours) to expecting Mummas.
